Launching a new product for Lay’s potato chips and creating a social media tidal wave in the process.

To launch a new product with a USP of being the biggest wavy potato chip out there through digital advertising, calls for an integrated, non channel based marketing approach. From Lay’s Facebook Fanpage the stage was set to engage users through a nationwide social media phenomenon. Legion Run, an assault course was gaining viral traction and so we combined forces. How we turned a one day event into two months worth of engagement for a new product launch with immeasurable social spread is history.
